Established in 1982 as a partnership between the late Naser Bin Abdulwahab AlQatami, Bhagwhan Gidwani, and Kunwar Chand Bahl, Construction Materials Center Co. is a trading company in Kuwait that supplies the building, infrastructure, and oil and gas sectors.

From humble beginnings as a commission agent supplying the Public Authority of Housing Welfare with carbon steel seamless pipes, the company then progressed to pre-qualify, stock, and supply more than 17 materials to these public housing projects. Chief and critical among them was the housing connections we supplied that are live-tapped and fixed to the fresh water supply networks.

Concurrently, during the 1980s, the company developed a strong presence in the corrosion protection sector, where it became the leading supplier of corrosion protection tape to the oil and gas and infrastructure sectors. Likewise, the company became an approved and reliable KNPC vendor for heat-exchanger tubes, boiler tubes, and forged fittings.

In 1990-2000s, the company developed a presence in the cast steel and iron market, specifically for the utility and manhole cover requirements of the different service ministries, which it maintains to this day.

Currently, the company has diversified its portfolio by establishing an architectural division with various world-class brands, to cater to the commercial, food & beverage, and residential projects, and fill the demand for sought-after products and finishes.
